The self-draining sloped roof and smooth surfaces helps stop any food products, water or chemicals from pooling on top of or getting inside the enclosure.

The bright blue silicone gasket with moulded corners ensures proper sealing and can easily be replaced.

The sloping roof is made at a 30° angle with a 30mm overhang to avoid any liquids from dripping onto the gasket and the door.

The door has a sloping angle of 8° on all sides. Surface mounted with 120° opening. Concealed zinc plated steel hinges with captive pins. The HD door can be mounted to give left- or right-hand opening with the door hinge concealed inside the HD enclosure.

The HD enclosure lock is stainless steel with a bright blue silicone gasket.

The mounting plate for the HDW enclosure is fixed onto M* studs welded to the rear of the enclosure and is made from galvanised steel.

Made from AISI 304L pre-grained stainless steel and finished with 400 Pre-grained stainless steel, polished to Ra < 0.8 µm.
